In 2017 i finished my masters degree in ‘Graphic Storytelling’ at LUCA School of Arts, this book is the result of my studies there. It began as a schoolproject but with the help of my talented publisher ‘Blloan’ it became this wonderfully printed, 88 page graphic novel.
Currently the book is only in dutch, although a digitalized english version is coming soon. The story centers around the titular protagonist ‘Aldo’, a man who seems to be immortal. He’s been roaming the earth for a couple of centuries and after such a long time truly believes he is the only one of his kind. That is until he recognizes a man that should have been dead a very long time ago. Aldo sets out to find this man and to finally get answers on his life.

“Aldo is een eenzaat. Niet altijd geweest, maar geworden. Dat gebeurt op den duur als je onsterfelijk bent… Je ziet iedereen om je heen sterven. terwijl jij overal tegelijk kunt zijn.
